The present operator-led deployment model has, or will soon, hit its limits. While good indoor mobile coverage is now a business necessity, MNOs typically serve only a small percentage of requests for indoor coverage. This deck considers the development of alternative business models for the healthcare sector. The aim is to extend the value chain for indoor solutions to more parties, while distributing the upfront capex and risk and introducing new services.
