5G-era IoT use cases and enterprise small cell networks

At the time of writing, 4G IoT technologies are being deployed globally to serve a host of new applications and the standards for 5G IoT are not yet completed. Small cells are deployed to extend coverage indoors, and/or where densification is needed to increase capacity. These 4G IoT solutions are serving well a particular set of applications with limited bandwidth, latency and reliability requirements.
