Capacity planning for HetNets

This document discusses  the importance of capacity planning, in the context of heterogeneous networks (HetNet), to meet increasing demands for high bandwidth end-user applications. It is targeted at operators that wish to reflect on the possible alternatives to managing capacity but will also be instructive to those in supporting roles wishing to better understand the choices and challenges posed by managing real networks.
