Integrated HetNet architecture framework

The ultimate goal of the HetNet is to make savings in operational costs while delivering significant network densification. HetNet deployments will be based on an architectural framework which supports the integration of services across multiple domains, using multiple technologies, from multiple suppliers. This document introduces an architectural framework targeted at supporting such HetNet deployments, as well as considering implications on HetNet operations and management.
