Enterprise femtocell deployment guidelines

Enterprise femtocell deployments differ from residential ones due to large number of users, RF interactions between femtocells, mobility and handover from one femtocell to another, potentially large RF variations inside the buildings and potentially large coverage area per femtocell.This document focuses on UTRAN with femtocells deployed on co-channel with macrocell. Also, closed access (i.e., restricted access) is assumed for access to femtocells. It is shown that successful deployment of enterprise femtocells is feasible with proper interference and mobility management methods.
